Booking Information
Whether you’re planning a regular group meeting, a children’s activity, a celebration, or a one-off community event, our Community Hall offers flexible spaces to suit a wide range of needs. This page explains our pricing structure and how our booking process works. You’ll also find our booking enquiry form so that you can make a request that suits your needs, our Bookings Manager can get back to you with a detailed quote and further booking information. Alternatively, you can contact the Bookings Manager for advice or support.
You’ll also find our Conditions of Hire and relevant policies for once you have made your booking.

A discounted rate is offered to residents of Hintlesham and Chattisham.
The Booking Manager will include this when you receive your quote.

The MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) must be hired separately through the following website: https://playtomic.com/clubs/hintlesham-and-chattisham-muga
For all hire of the Main Hall or Function Room, a holding deposit is to be paid at time of booking. An additonal deposit to cover risk of damage/excess cleaning is also required but will be refunded after the hire.
